What is libcucul?

libcucul no longer exists. It was a library implementing the driver-agnostic features of libcaca. Its goal was to write applications such as toilet that did not need to depend on heavy output driver libraries like X11 or OpenGL. We decided to merge it back into libcaca and implement a plugin system instead.
