[libcaca] [Patch] Java bindings for libcaca

Hello,

I've been working on Java bindings for libcaca :

I've put instructions on how to build and run it in caca-java/README and
ported the `driver` and `truecolor` examples to Java (in the
caca-java/examples directory) so that you can try it.

It is the first time I have to deal with Autotools and I'm not a C
expert, so these bindings may not be perfect at all. Feel free to make
comments so that I can improve them.
