[libcaca] libcaca 0.6 success report on Cygwin

success on "latest" Cygwin, with option

./configure --disable-imlib2

since I don't use imlib2 or X on that box.

namely, the four exe in the "examples" directory work, html doc is generated
(doxygen).

I will try to run the tex/ps/pdf stuff later. (nothing relevant was
installed in this Cygwin setup yet, though it is available).
