[libcaca] caca_create_bitmap documentation

I decided to do some more work on the xine plugin and noticed the
interface had some revisions.  It might be helpful to mention that
for caca_create_bitmap's amask parameter, one should use 0 to
disable alpha for the bitmap.  BTW, when caca_create_bitmap get
the amask parameter?
