[libcaca] xine and libcaca

Just wanted to note that my libcaca patches (with several adjustments)
have been in xine cvs for over a month now.  The plugin is part of the
xine-lib package.  The player is part of the xine-ui package and the
binary created is called cacaxine.  The configure checks that you at
least have version 0.3 of libcaca (due to an API change in that version).
