[libcaca] mplayer and libcaca

just wanted to note patch for mplayer vo caca

which is now commited in cvs. no more sdl hacks!

and md' has hacked it up somehow to get it working
on mingw mplayer, heres a screenshot from my box

(win2k running celeron 433, dunno the fps, it varies
depending on what size fonts/size/charecters)
