small build failure with libcaca 0.8 on cygwin, from the source tarball :

./configure --disable-imlib2

gave error TIOCGWINSZ undeclared in graphics.c


#include <sys/termios.h> fixed it, but no example gave output anymore. (they
just exit cleanly without any output).

except cacafire :


$ examples/cacafire.exe
Failed to initialize libcaca


(on a side note for the NOTES file : my term is named cygwin :
$ echo $TERM
cygwin
)


well, strace files for cacafire and cacaplas are here, but they are as
cryptic as usual, so don't click here if you want some nice pictures, you
