[libcaca] [ANN] libcaca 0.8

   Hello! I am happy to announce this major libcaca release, with many
long awaited features. See for yourself:

    o  support for window resizing
    o  fetchable aspect ratio information
    o  native Win32 port
    o  improved keyboard support in ncurses and slang
    o  project file for MSVC

   There are also two new video effects, cacaplas and cacamoir:

   Source tarballs, Debian packages, a source RPM package for Fedora,
Red Hat and Mandrake, as well as a Windows .zip are available. Users of
