[libcaca] [ANN] libcaca 0.1

   Hello, and rejoice all over the world! This is the first release of
libcaca, a new world domination project with the following features:

    o 16 available colours for character output
    o Dithering of colour images
    o Basic sprite primitives

   You can download libcaca 0.1 from its homepage:

     http://sam.zoy.org/projects/libcaca/

   Source tarballs are available, as well as Debian packages. Users of
other platforms are encouraged to build from source and report issues.
