libcucul no longer exists. It was a library implementing the driver-agnostic features of [wiki:libcaca libcaca]. Its goal was to write applications such as [wiki:toilet toilet] that did not need to depend on heavy output driver libraries like X11 or OpenGL. We decided to merge it back into libcaca and implement a plugin system instead.

Sorry, [wiki:neercs neercs] is still at the prototyping stage. We do not have any release plans for now.
