[libcaca] zzuf 0.11

   Hello,

   I am pleased to announce zzuf 0.11. This is a minor improvement
release of the #1 tool targeted at making fun of other people's
software. Remember those Debian developers' faces last week? Now you can
have a piece of it, too!

   The latest zzuf release can be downloaded here:

   From the changelog:

    - better fuzzing ratio range and random number generation
    - improved testsuite with RNG statistical analysis
    - non-locking stdio functions and dup()/dup2() reimplementations
