   My dear fellows,

   This is libcaca 0.99.beta13. Once again our engineers deliver a true
masterpiece, the kind of software so professional we had to call it a
sorry name to give the competition a chance.

   You can download the latest libcaca version here:

     - event API rewrite

     - Ruby bindings

   We are also happy to welcome a new developer in the team: Pascal
Terjan, who contributed the Ruby bindings, has agreed to maintain them
directly in the libcaca repository.
