[libcaca] libcaca 0.99.beta8

   Hi there!

   I am happy to announce libcaca 0.99.beta8. It's been a while since
a libcaca release brought significant improvement. This one should be
slightly more interesting than the latest few bugfix release. You can
download it from the website:

   From the changelog:

    - allow to build the X11 and GL drivers as separate plugins
    - support for fullwidth Unicode characters
    - improved cucul_flip() and cucul_rotate()
    - minor bugfixes and documentation updates

   Having separate plugins means that package maintainers can distribute
binary packages of libcaca that do not depend on libX11 or libGL. The
plugins will be ignored if these libraries are not installed.
