   Judging by the test/event program, the function keys are perfectly
transmitted. Something probably changed in SDL 1.2.9 and I have no plans
of adapting the patch because we are focusing on libcaca 0.10.

   Again, likely to be due to the patch being written for SDL 1.2.8.
