[libcaca] [ANN] libcaca 0.7

   Hello! This is a bugfix release of libcaca, but it also features a
new video effect from Jylam, cacaball:

   This release fixes various issues in the event handling routines that
caused Doom to be unplayable. An infinite loop in caca_refresh() was
also fixed.

   Source tarballs, Debian packages and a source RPM package for Fedora,
Red Hat and Mandrake are available. Users of other platforms are encou-
raged to build from source and report issues.
