[libcaca] [ANN] libcaca 0.3

   Hello! I am pleased to deliver libcaca 0.3, codenamed "British
power plugs suck". It brings exciting new features to maximise your
entertainment, such as:

    o  anti-aliasing support
    o  alpha channel support
    o  launch-time selection of rendering options using environment
       variables
    o  BMP support in cacaview even in the absence of Imlib2
    o  cacafire, the libcaca port of aafire

   You can download libcaca 0.3 from its homepage:

   Source tarballs are available, as well as Debian packages. Users of
