Building neercs

   o  Install usual build tools (autoconf, automake, libtool, gcc, make, ...)
   o  Install libcaca headers and libs (-dev or -devel in binary GNU/Linux distros)
      Using a recent one, possibly svn, is better
   o  Run ./bootstrap
   o  Run configure then make
   o  Run make install as root to make it system-wide

Using neercs

   o  Run neercs by invocating 'neerc' or src/neercs
   o  Type ctrl-a-h to see the help screen
   o  Read the manpage for more information
